Open Court

Open Court is a concept project created to improve the court booking experience for padel players. As a regular player, I noticed how existing reservation flows often feel unnecessarily complex, making a simple task more frustrating than it should be.

This project started with a real problem observed in everyday use and was shaped through qualitative and quantitative research with the padel community in Portugal. The goal was to explore a simpler, more intuitive, and more efficient booking experience.
